Unfortunately, the Brenau IT department cannot support cell phones since we have no access to the networks that control those phones.
In order to get support, you will need to contact the tech support number of the phone network you are using.

If the phone is completely unusable, you will need to take it to your closest Verizon/ATT/(or whatever phone network you use) store and they should be able to help you.
