New Student, Faculty & Staff Login - First Time
First-Time Login for New Students, Faculty & Staff
NEW STUDENTS
Students will receive a notification from the Brenau IT Department once their account information has been received and the account creation process has begun. Please allow 24 hours for all accounts to be fully created before attempting your initial login to http://my.brenau.edu.
For your first login, you must activate your account. Click the Account Activation link on the http://my.brenau.edu login page and follow these steps:
- Enter the personal email address you provided to Brenau during the application process.
- Enter your 6-digit Student ID, which was provided by Admissions or via the email sent from the Helpdesk when your account was created.
- Create a new password with at least 10 characters.
After successfully creating your new password, you will be automatically signed in to the http://my.brenau.edu portal homepage. Here, you will find app icons for TigerMail, CampusWEB, and Canvas.
NEW FACULTY & STAFF
New faculty and staff must complete the hiring process with Human Resources. Once all new hire paperwork has been submitted to HR, a work order will be sent to the IT Department to initiate your account creation.

- Enter the personal email address you provided to Brenau during the job application process.
- Enter your 6-digit Brenau ID in your welcome email. (you will receive this when your account is created)
- Create a new password with at least 10 characters.
After successfully creating your new password, you will be automatically signed in to the http://my.brenau.edu portal homepage. Here, you will find app icons for Brenau Email, CampusWEB, and Canvas.
