I would like an IT Technician to be in my Zoom meeting

In order to get IT support, we will need you to fill out the following form to request IT attendance.  We simply do not have enough staff to attend all of the meetings people want us to attend.  Therefore, we can only attend if the meeting meets certain conditions as defined on the form below:
