Why isn't a picture showing up in the CampusWEB directory?


The CampusWEB directory is available to all faculty, staff and students. Information appearing in the directory can changed by logging into CampusWEB and using the My Address tool.

Ways to resolve the issue if your picture is not there:

Option A: We’ve recently added to new feature to CampusWEB to allow users to upload their own portraits. In the past, the only way to get your photo on CampusWEB was to order a StudentID (see Options B and C below) but with this new method anyone can upload their photo on-demand. Simply log into CampusWEB, find yourself in the Student or Faculty/Staff Directory and click the link where it says “Click here to upload a different image”. Please note that only .jpg files are allowed and the must be less than a certain size. You will get instructions on how to shrink the image if it is too large.

Option B: If there is a placeholder where the image should be then the person has not had a photo taken. To obtain a Student/Faculty ID and upload a photo to appear in CampusWEB, you can order your Brenau ID at this site: http://www.fullidentity.com/BrenauUniversity/EmailVerify.aspx. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery and for the data to be imported to CampusWEB (which should happen automatically).

Option C: If you have obtained a Brenau ID and your photo is still blank and you are using Internet Explorer - this is a known issue with Internet Explorer. Please hit F5 to refresh the browser and the images should appear.
