How can the Registrar change what callers hear for option 1 of their phone tree?

The Registrar's Office would like to change the instructions that callers hear when they select option 1 (currently transcript details) on the phone tree. Below is how to access the mailbox and change what callers will hear. It is essentially a voice mail greeting, however, no messages can be accepted by this mailbox.


To record the transcript (option 1 on the phone tree) greeting:
Dial 770-538-4444
When you hear the automated system start, press *
Put in the mailbox number 4203 then press * again (this corresponds to option 1 on the phone tree)
Enter passcode 1234
Select U (number 8) for user options
Select G (number 4) for greetings and record what you would like for callers to hear.
