Login Issues - Problem Logging In After 08/11/2021
The QuickLaunch portal has corrupted login data. The web browser cache must be cleared including passwords to resolve the problem.
It is recommended rather than clearing user's passwords, that an Incognito session is started so that the user can reset their password.
After the user has successfully logged into http://my.brenau.edu they should create a new Google account profile in Chrome.
This will leave the old profile uneffected.
