I am traveling overseas. Is there anything special I need to do to make my cell phone work?
Yes. What you need to do will depend on the situation and the vendor. Here are some quick guidelines:
1. Brenau has 4 shared phones already configured for international travel. They are referred to as China phones but they can be taken anywhere if needed. Contact the Helpdesk for availability and pickup/return procedures.
2. If you have a Brenau-issued cell phone (not shared), contact the Helpdesk 2 weeks (minimum) before your departure so we can configure your phone for international service.
3. If you are taking a personal phone, you can follow the directions below based on your vendor:
