Can Not Login to Personal Email Because Of Brenau Sign-In Page

Google Chrome is designed to automatically sign you back into the last Gmail account you were viewing. This feature can be confusing if your TigerMail account has been disabled and you never logged out of your TigerMail account because Chrome will be directed to the SSO portal page for http://my.brenau.edu .

CLEARING CHROME BROWSER CACHE

The best fix is to clear Chrome's browser cache so that you are not directed to the Brenau sign-in page.

Here are the steps for clearing your browser cache:

Press and hold the CTRL + SHIFT + DEL keys to open the Clear Browser Data window
Select Advanced tab (so that Advance is highlighted in blue)
Select All Time from the Time Range Window
Check-mark all boxes EXCEPT Passwords (Passwords box is left un-checked)
Click the Clear Data button
Wait until the Clear Browser Data window closes
Close and re-open Google Chrome
Go to http://mail.google.com and login to your personal Gmail account

ALTERNATE METHOD

You can open a new Incognito window of Google Chrome that does not use any cached browser data.

Here are the steps for opening a new Chrome window in private browsing mode:

Press and hold the CTRL + SHIFT + N keys until a new Incognito Window opens for Chrome web browser
Go to http://mail.google.com and login to your personal Gmail account
