I can't log into the FSA website and cannot use my TigerMail account to recover my FSA login info
We recommend you contact the Federal Student Aid (FSA) department and update your ID and recovery email to your PERSONAL email account and not your TigerMail email. The FSA recommends that students NEVER use a school or work email address for FSA access since those are temporary accounts. Always use your long-term, personal email address when signing up or communicating with the FSA.

Obviously - email recovery may not be possible if you used your TigerMail for recovery and can no longer access your TigerMail. However, challenge questions and phone recovery options should both function just fine.
