Delegate Contacts

Delegation allows you to grant another user full access to your contacts. In order to set up delegation, open the Contacts app in your Google Apps applications list.

Click the Gear icon and choose Delegate Access:

Read the info page and click Invite Delegate:

You can then enter the people you want to be able to have access to your contacts. They will receive invitations and if they accept they can see your contacts in their Contacts app under "Delegated Contacts" as shown below:
