efax
You must first have a delegated email account for fax. To send a signed document the efax email account is on the multi-function machine address book.
1. Send Fax by Email
- Sign into the email account registered to the fax number.
- Compose a new email.
- In the To field, type:
1+<10-digit phone number>@fax.vonagebusiness.com.
For example, to send a fax to 404-123-4567, you would type 14041234567@fax.vonagebusiness.com. - To fax internationally, enter 011+<country code>+< number>@fax.vonagebusiness.com.
For example, to send a fax to 55124041234567, you would type 01155124041234567@fax.vonagebusiness.com. There aren't any additional charges to send an international fax.
- In the To field, type:
- Attach the document you would like to fax to the email. You may fax the following document types: Word, PDF, TIFF, and images. You cannot fax JPEGs.
NOTE: Faxes without at least one attachment will not be sent. Anything in the subject or body of the email will come across on a Vonage Business cover page (including an automatic email signature). If you would like to use your own cover page, leave these spaces blank and attach a cover page. Note that any signatures, images, widgets, etc that are added can add additional pages to the fax process and slow down transmissions. - Click Send. You will receive an email confirmation that your fax has been sent from reports@reply.fax.vonagebusiness.com.
