We are having trouble hearing remote speakers during video conferences.
You may need to get closer to the microphone, ask people to speak up, or increase the gain on the mic in the audio controls.
Buying a new mic rarely helps but is a last resort option if none of the previous suggestions are successful.
For users that are attending remotely by themselves - a headset (with built-in mic) is highly recommended as this will assist them with both clear transmission and reception.
