1. Click "Account Activation" (you will be asked for your PERSONAL email and Student ID). If valid, you can set your network password. This can only be done once for security reasons.
OR
2. Click "Forgot Password" and enter your USERNAME to reset your password (an email will be sent to you with a verification code - don't forget to check spam folder). The email can be sent to either your personal email or Brenau email if you can still access it. You are allowed to choose which.
If the system does not recognize your username then your account is not active and you should check with Admissions/Registrar to inquire as to the status of your registration.
