Brenau Account Activation (First Time User)

Complete the following steps to set up your password:

1. Go to http://my.brenau.edu.
2. Select Account Activation.
3. Enter your personal email address and select Next.
4. Enter your six-digit Student ID, also called your Brenau ID, and select Submit.
5. Create a password with at least 10 characters.

For security reasons, Account Activation can be completed only once.

For those that have already activated their account, use the process below:

Forgot Password

Reset your password by following these steps:

1. Navigate to my.brenau.edu in your web browser.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter your username and select Submit.
4. Select a recovery method.
5. Check your email, authenticator app, etc. depending on which method you chose.
6. Enter the security code and select Next.
7. Create a new password with at least 10 characters.
