Thank you for your request. To reduce the use and purchase of desktop printers, IT and the Administration has created a form for the request. Desktop printers are more costly to operate and manage compared to leased Multi-function network printers. If at all possible, please use the leased Multi-function network printer that is provided in your department. This printer provides lower cost prints, document security, and centralized management. If there is a reason your departments Multi-fucntion printer is not a good option, please let us in IT know so we can look at options you might not know are available to you.
