Due to the high demand of our technicians and the increased dependability of the renovated classroom spaces it is possible to have a technician available to help get things started.

We know your events are important to you so we encourage you to arrange a session with one of our technicians the business day before your presentation to review the equipment and operation.

This will enable you to use the space and understand the capabilities of the classroom.
