My Account Is Locked
The most common reason for an account being locked results from the wrong password being entered into a login box. Temporarily locking the account prevents hacking tools from being used that could crack the password by brute force. To unlock the account simply wait 10 minutes and then try logging in again. If this does not clear the problem, please wait 20 minutes before attempting to log in again.
Another possible cause for an account becoming temporarily locked is that an application running in the background is trying to log in to a Brenau resource with an outdated or corrupted password. In this event, logout and turn off the device for 20 minutes before restarting and logging attempting to log into your account.
