Disabled Brenau Student Accounts

Student accounts provide access to Brenau faculty and staff communication, coursework, research resources, and student records. Accounts are disabled two semesters after enrollment ends, including after graduation.

Accessing CampusWEB

Former students and alumni can still access CampusWEB to:

• Make payments
• Download tax documents
• View or request transcripts

Go to CampusWEB and sign in through the Alumni portal.

Use your six-digit student ID as your username. If you forgot your PIN or password, select Forgot PIN/Password. Your PIN will be sent to the personal email address on file with Brenau.

Checking Account Holds

To view possible reasons for account restrictions or disabling:

1. Log in to CampusWEB.
2. Select My Holds.
3. Review any restrictions placed on your account by the Registrar’s Office.

Reactivating Your Account

If you plan to resume enrollment next semester, request account reactivation by completing the Reactivation, Start Term, or Deferment Form.
