Clearing Google Chrome Web Browser Cache

Corrupted data in the web browser cache can create various errors with web page loading and displaying information correctly.  

To see if the problem you are experiencing is related to problems with the web browser cache try this step first:
  1. Open Google Chrome web browser
  2. Press and hold a the same time the following keys: CTRL + SHIFT + N
  3. A new Google Chrome window will appear that does not have any cached browser data
  4. Try going to the website that you were having problems with

If using the Google Chrome Incognito window resolves the problem you were experiencing, then you need to clear web browser data that is creating the problem in Google Chrome.

To remove (clear) old web browser cached files so that Google Chrome works properly, follow the following steps:
  1. Open Google Chrome web browser
  2. Press and hold the following keys at the same time:  CTRL + SHIFT + DEL
  3. A new Clear Browsing Data window will open
  4. Click on the Advanced tab so that it turns blue
  5. Select All Time from the drop-down Time Range menu
  6. Check-mark all the option boxes except for Passwords and Other Sign-in Data (note that you need to check-mark 6 boxes by scrolling)
  7. Click on Clear Data button
  8. Wait until the Clear Browsing Data window closes
  9. Try going to the website that you were having problems with
