USB Stick Flash Drives & External Drives
The following policy applies to Brenau faculty and staff use of stick flash drives and external drives:
14.3.3.4 All university data must be stored on university-owned computers/servers or approved platforms using vetted and contracted vendors (i.e. Google Drive, Hobsons, Instructure, etc.). Storage of university data on third-party sites such as Dropbox, Box, Microsoft OneDrive, or unencrypted portable media of any kind (USB drives, Flash Drives, CD/DVDs, etc) is strictly prohibited.
