Brenau Email Access From China

Google services are blocked from China, so Brenau Email is also blocked for students and faculty in China.

A work around for students and faculty is to use Brenau's Virtual Lab:
  1. Go to http://remote.brenau.edu
  2. Sign-in with your SSO username and password that you use on http://my.brenau.edu
  3. Click on the Virtual Lab icon
  4. You will be logged into a Virtual Lab session
  5. Open up Google Chrome in the remote desktop session
  6. Go to http://my.brenau.edu and login to the SSO portal
  7. Click on the TigerMail or Brenau email app icon
Because Brenau's Virtual Lab is located on Brenau's Main campus, students and faculty in China will be able access all Google G-Suite services including Gmail.
