How do I print to a network printer?
Before you begin, make sure you know the name of the printer that you want to add. Sometimes the name is displayed on the printer itself. If the name is not on the printer, contact the local staff personnel who print to it regularly.
Click the Start button, then click on Settings, type the word "printers" and select "Printers & Scanners" from the list Click Add a printer or scanner as shown below: Select the printer you want from the list by clicking on it (it may take a minute for the complete list to load) Click Add Device button Done - now the printer has been added to your list of available printers
