How do I edit my videos?
While there are third-party tools you can use to edit videos such as iMovie (Mac) or Camtasia (PC-$199), the easiest way to edit your videos is using YouTube's built-in editing features. Every Brenau user has a YouTube account as part of their Brenau email account and can upload multiple video formats. Note: Zoom uses .mp4 format which is supported by YouTube.

- Combine multiple videos and images you've uploaded to create a new video.
- Trim your clips to custom lengths.
- Add music to your video from a library of approved tracks.
- Customize clips with special tools and effects.
- Secure your videos by setting them as Private (share with individuals) or Unlisted (embed link in course)
- After editing, you can Embed YouTube videos into your Canvas course using Canvas's tools

For students or faculty that want an offline editor, there is a "free for home use" video editing product called VideoPad at http://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/ (Be sure to download the "Free Edition"). This version cannot be installed on Brenau computers however.
